Steph is back at home but doesn't want to see or speak to Max. Boyd tries to hold him back but ultimately gives in. Janae sees this but is unable to get a positive reaction from Boyd. Janelle tells her it's because of the physical ban but Kim explains that in reality it's just because Boyd has to focus on the family side of the matter and that all she should do is be there for him not try and take him away from it.

Janae sits with Boyd while Max and Steph argue inside the house. Once he's been inside to calm things down Janelle cames across them and instructs her to go to school. At the same time however, she is annoyed that Bree has gone to school because she want's her to work on her book. Janae takes offence at this duality...

Later that day, Janae goes to spy on Boyd and the Uni girls. Worried that they are getting too friendly, she stats acting tough and warning them to stay away from him

At the General Store Boyd tells Janae how the girls have all been avoiding him and she suggests that he just focuses on his studies and homes home to her every evening... Kim and Dylan pass them and joke that they are traitors for eating there rather than buying their Dyl-Dogs.
